Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, profile image, preferences, responses, support requests, and content submitted through a NestLabs product or experience.

When you use Sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information you authorize Google to share: your name, email address, unique Google account identifier, and profile image when available. We do not receive or store your Google password, and we do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or Google Calendar.

We may also collect technical and usage information such as device type, browser, IP address, approximate location, access times, interactions, session and security events, and diagnostic data.

2. Google Sign-In and authentication

New Era Society provides a shared account used to authenticate users across participating NestLabs applications, interactive experiences, creative tools, community products, and online services. We use Google profile information only to verify your identity, create or link your account, maintain secure access, display your profile where appropriate, provide support, and prevent fraud or abuse.

We use Logto as authentication infrastructure. Google and Logto may process the limited account, token, and session information required to complete authentication. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or transfer it except as necessary to provide or secure the account service, comply with law, or with your direction.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users; provide, personalize, secure, and improve New Era Society accounts and NestLabs services; understand participation and performance; communicate service messages; prevent abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Information obtained from Google Sign-In is not used for promotional communications. Other information may be used for promotions only subject to applicable law and your communication choices.

4. Sharing and sale

Information is used by New Era Society to operate NestLabs and its account services. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share only the minimum information necessary with service providers supporting hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, or security, under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legally permitted business reorganization.

5. Data retention and security

We retain account information while your account is active and afterward only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, protect security, resolve disputes, maintain legitimate business records, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls and secure service providers, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices, revocation, and data deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account and personal information by emailing contacto@newerasociety.mx. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request. You may revoke New Era Society access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access prevents future Google authentication but does not automatically delete information already associated with your New Era Society account.

7. Children, international users, and changes

NestLabs is not directed to children under the age permitted to use online services in their jurisdiction. If an experience is associated with an age-restricted venue, applicable venue rules also apply.

Information may be processed in Mexico or other countries where our providers operate. We may update this Policy periodically and will post the revised date on this page.
